Our Intro course is 3 days of instruction and evaluation, designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In this course, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. We also help to create your plan for a healthier you. Intro to CrossFit Prominent is designed to ensure your success. It’s also a great way to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey with us.
NOTE: 3 sessions, required for all new to CrossFit
CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level. Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of CrossFit Prominent.
Prominent Fitness is the ultimate metabolic conditioning class, combining light weight-training and body-weight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance!
This class will challenge everyone from the newcomer to the fittest athlete. The faster you go the harder it is. But it’s not all about speed. Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs.
We understand group classes are not for everyone. For those looking for personalized training, these private sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, from basic weight loss to identifying and conquering your weaknesses. Each 30 minute to 1-hour session designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every session.
Every young athlete can get faster, stronger and more agile simply by becoming more technically sound.
